Group Therapy & Support Group

Is around 6-10 individuals meet face-to-face with a trained group therapist. Usually meets once a week for one hour. Participants talks about similar issues and helps find effective solutions guided by a trained psychologist. It is a safe environment in which members work to establish a level of trust that allows them to talk personally and honestly.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis, also referred to as hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. Hypnosis is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and mental images. When you're under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed and are more open to suggestions.

Marriage Counselling

Helps couples of all types recognise and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. Through marriage counselling, you can make thoughtful decisions about rebuilding your relationship or going your separate ways.

Individual Therapy

Is a form of therapy in which the client is treated one-on-one with a therapist. Try to understand human behaviour, thought, emotion and perception. Therapy strives to help people better understand themselves and their problems in order to cope with the demands of their daily lives.

Child or Teen Therapy

Offers a safe setting and the undivided attention of a therapist who is trained to listen to and specifically help teens. The overall goal of individual therapy is to create an environment in which your teen explores the issues or feelings contributing to their poor choices, or misbehaviour.

Life Coaching

The true emphasis in coaching is on action, accountability, and follow-through; it supports personal growth, professional growth, and development based on individually-initiated change, since coaching is forward moving and future-focused.

PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING

Psychometric tests attempt to objectively measure aspects of your mental ability or your personality. It is usually part of a recruitment or selection process designed to provide employers with a reliable method of selecting the most suitable job applicants or candidates for promotion.
